See it, Be it! has been designed to work as a random reminder, it prompts you at random intervals during a defined time period to remember one of the four lists of things, goals, drivers, emotions etc. It allows you to set your own messages or lists, your own goals, the actions you are prepared to take and finally several emotive quotes to keep you on track, alongside up to 12 even more emotive images. This application runs as frequently as you need to imprint your key factors into your subconscious, unlike a pre-determined reminder, the very fact that the reminders here are random has in itself a more imposing effect. Could you use See it, Be it! for other things, of course! More skinned versions will be arriving shortly. Simply put though, maybe you want to lose weight?
