What's new in Passio mobile 0.1

It is accessed by default the desktop version of site from devices having the display width less 1000 px. Tested for 10 inch type tablet. Easy switch from desktop version to mobile version of site throu existing links; For devices with screen width less 1000 px it is accessed the mobile version of site by default. Switch between desktop and mobile version is not possible. Tested on 5 inch phone. As much possible feedback is wellcome for improvement, including the eventual 1000 px adjustment.
