NetworkingTest is a UDP client and server. It lets you send messages (either to a particular IP or broadcasted) and receive them. It logs the received messages and timestamps them down to the millisecond. Since it is written in Qt, you will be prompted to install Ministro during NetworkingTest's first run. Once Ministro is installed, it will download the Qt libraries. After that, you can delete Ministro if you'd like. NetworkingTest should run just fine from then on out! Fixed layout for Android phones (finally!). Set orientation to portrait. Fixed a bug in which the "packet to send" line edit would loose the user's input Various UI tweaks to make it usable on Android phones, tablets and on normal computers.
